Required Documents

Documents Required for Hajj

1.	Passport Valid for at least 6 months with 2 empty pages.
2.	Color Copy of Resident Card (Elian Card) both sides.
3.	copy of at least 6 months visa & Re-Entry Permit.
4.	Hajj Visa Application with [4] Four Passport Size Photos with WHITE background. (with applicant name on back of each photo).
5.	copy and original of Vaccination record for Meningitis (valid up to 3 years). Vaccination of seasonal influenza (valid up to one year)and health certificate in English.
6.	Copy of Marriage Certificate* for Couples.
7.	Copy of Birth Certificate* for the children
8.	New Muslims who have not changed their names on their passport are required to submit a statement in writing from their local Islamic center validating their conversion.
9.	a job or student certificate from you work or study place. For self Employeed person, should fill a form of self employeed sheet, please ask your Travel agent.
10.	1 Hajj Cheque total of 1029 SAR paid to the unified agent office-jeddah(this cheque is required only for hajj)

1.	Passport Valid for at least 6 months with 2 empty pages.
2.	Color Copy of Resident Card (Elian Card) both sides.
3.	copy of at least 6 months visa & Re-Entry Permit..
4.	Umrah Visa Application with (2) One Passport Size Photo with WHITE background. (with applicant name on back of the photo)
5.	copy and original of Vaccination record for Meningitis (valid up to 3 years). Vaccination of seasonal influenza (valid up to one year)and health certificate in English.
6.	Copy of Marriage Certificate* for Couples.
7.	Copy of Birth Certificate* for the children

10.	A pre-paid return airway bill a carrier of your choice must be included for securely returning your processed documents to you. (prefered post office YUPACK, Please notice that Takubeen company they do not carry passports)
